The development and history of the film.

• 2005
  • April 6, 2005: The original short film is released.
  • Winter: First attempts of treatment are written after the scripting for Hallelujah was halted.
• 2006
  • Summer: Attempted treatment written as a sequel to the original short film; titled: The Spirit.
  • Fall: More notes were written for a remake to the original short film and a sequel (as mentioned in the forum). Titled as: A Dimension Parallel.
• 2007
  • Summer: A Dimension Parallel is ultimately scrapped and dead.
• 2008
  • Summer: A script was started.
  • September: After doing work with Uwe Boll, which fell through; at the time life was resurrected and planned for filming in November. Stephen Flannery was going to direct. The film is has several working titles: Maze; Maze of Thought: Nightmare; Nightmare.
  • November: The project is scrapped yet again.
• 2009
  • March: The project is now back in production. It is decided that it is going to be a straight to video film. Stephen Flannery is planning an alternate studio for Orlando Eastwood Films that is going to deal with films marketed for home video. A trilogy is being planned with Stephen wanting to have first time directors to tackle each film.
