Back in 2005, a few months after the "maze" was made a full length remake was in planning. The project went nowhere and was quickly canned. Now in the late months of 2006, it is back in production. This time the story focuses around a college student whose gets stuck in his house and cannot get out (sort of like the original "Maze of Thought"). The script has been started already. Filming will begin in 2011.
